Over the last couple years, I’ve realized there are a lot of “tion” words missing from my vocabulary. Moderation. Portion. Satisfaction. Maybe I never learned them as a kid, maybe I casually forgot them (am I missing “realization” too? Yeah. Probs.), either way, I want to learn them. Not just now, but for the rest of my life.
So here is nothing more than a diary of my adventure in portion control, cooking, and meals. I don’t want to just eat. I want to know exactly how my body’s working.
Also I really love quiche. And seitan.
