Ohhh man these are good. I tweaked my recipe to lower the carb count and raise the protein a bit. The high fiber levels are just an added bonus. And baking the burgers instead of pan frying is not only healthier, but gives them a great burger-y texture. Try the vegan version with 12 tbls flaxseed meal mixed with 4 tbls water instead of eggs and tell me how it goes.
